Cny + Citibank + Cat

I just realised it has been really long since i last blogged but it didn’t seem that long to me. Maybe because there’s so much happening around me lately and i haven’t got the time to just sit and wait for time to pass. I remember how it was like to stay at home for 4 weeks... i was dead-bored.

Working in Citibank makes me feel more alive. But there’s a downside to it, whereby i have to wake up early, long working hours (9-6pm), stucked in jam for another hour and by the time i reach home i was pretty much exhausted to do anything at all already. But at least i don’t feel so useless all the time. I mean, i’ve got a job there, a real one. I’ve got daily tasks, goals to achieve, dealing with something serious and something new to look forward to every day. Not to mention, i get to meet a lot of really nice people there. My colleagues are great; funny and annoying bunch of people :) Oh, and a lot of leng chai and leng lui working there too, mostly Chinese la.

Except for one thing, i really really, really miss getting up at 10a.m. And back then, my daily goals at home were to watch Desperate Housewives and accomplish little projects like making personalised book for friends, personalised calculator for my sister, baking and cooking... Ahh... i really missed those little activities of mine.

So anyway, i was supposed to catch Alice in Wonderland but they said there’s no such reservation number aaaanndd there wasn’t any seats left already. I think my bf was more disappointed than i am. U know, there’s a Cat in the movie and he’s obsessed with cats! He has a cat by the name of Meow in Ipoh and she has been sleeping with him for the past 10-15years! Which... automatically made me his 2nd wife, his cat being his first of coz. Yeah i admit i’m kinda jealous coz she.. i mean ‘it’ knew him longer than me and they look so happy together (u’ll see in a picture below) I know that sounds irrational, forgive me, but i hate cats! Really! I wouldn’t be this ill if it was a dog! Ughh!

The reunion dinner night. Hmmm... everyone adores my monster shirt; i'm guessing u know who bought it for me. Yupe, it's my bee. It's one of his souvenirs for me from bangkok.



On first day of CNY 2010. It was freakingly hot lorr... I remembered the freakishly hot weather more than the angpau. Ishh..



I was at this Kai Si Hor Fun shop during the 5th day of CNY at Ipoh, it was where my parents met his parents :)



Before i start work, i have to... HAVE TO at least meet up with my dears. I mean, it has been really long. I missed them :(



My dear, i read a comment on ur facebook where people are, again, saying that we look alike. Haha, although i still dont agree with them but that's our trademark right? :D

Everybody, for those wondering who is my bee's first wife. This is 'it'. Her name is MEOW.



Have you seen him take pictures with me like that before? No right?? So now u know why i'm mad??? Hmph!


See... he even took picture of another cat he spotted in a restaurant. He claimed that cat seems to sit near him whenever he visits that restaurant. *pfttt*

And i suddenly have cravings for this Seafood Nasi Lemak from Caffeiness. My dears, this is the nasi lemak that i'm dying to take you guys to try. I hope we can make it one day :) A little pricey but the food at this Cafe really not bad 1 lerr.



Oh, me and food again. I realised it's very often i take pictures with food. And look at my face... so round. It indicates only one thing - i've gained weight, again!
